The Cartel collects wherever the Wardens stop patrolling. They control the Frontier’s trade lanes with autocannons, seekers and a long memory for debts.

Their hulls are kitbashed from whatever they took: mismatched blocks welded at angles, stolen turret decks and flickering lights. Some of their fixers will still give an honest pilot work.
