Faction careers
Work for a faction, earn its loyalty points, and spend them in its store.
Every faction keeps score. Contracts and missions raise your standing with the people you work for, and sometimes lower it with their rivals. Higher standing opens better agents, and every job pays loyalty points you can spend at that faction’s stores.

What you do
- 01
Standing and rank
You have a standing with each power in the Reach. As it rises you’re promoted through the faction’s ranks (Auxiliary, Deputy, Marshal, Warden-Captain for the Wardens), and agents from level 1 to level 4 open up to you.
- 02
Loyalty points
Every contract pays loyalty points to the agent’s faction, and higher-level agents pay more. Gauntlets and world events pay them too.
- 03
Faction stores
Spend loyalty points and lumen on faction-grade modules, crates of charges, capital parts and ships from the faction’s yards at a discount. The best offers wait behind a rank.
- 04
Consequences
Every job shows what it costs before you take it. Run work for the Cartel or the Choir and the Wardens notice; drop far enough and you’re Wanted by the Wardens, and their patrols in Core space will tackle and fire on you.
